Overview
A simple but often underrated model which is useful when working with others, it can be simply summarized as; “Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by neglect”. It means that more often than not when a team member does something wrong, it isn’t for personal reasons to spite you so it shouldn’t be misconstrued as such.—Karen A
